How can I buy the products in bulk?
We understand you want to make a lot of people experience positivity through our fragrances! Our products smell awesome and buying one is just not enough. You can place bulk orders by contacting us viabulkorders@lia.inor just call us at +91-8088423806 (0930 Hrs – 1800 hrs, Monday to Saturday).
How do I use my discount coupon code?
You may use the coupon code at the checkout. The codes have a validity and will expire after their intended period. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged after the expiration.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and all other major wallets. We accept COD orders too, but a prepaid order will have additional benefits.
How long does it take the product to reach me?
Our products are shipped from Mysore, and it takes us 3 -5 days to deliver goods to your doorstep. However, for Tier-3 & 4 cities, the average shipping time is 5-7 days.
What are the courier channels available?
Our aim is to deliver your order at your doorstep fast and safe. Towards this effort, we have partnered with multiple courier companies for same day delivery and next day delivery at major metros with partners like Amazon Transport Services, Ekart, Bluedart, KerryIndev, and DTDC to give you an excellent shipping experience.
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return by reaching out to us on support@lia.in and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order which is not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" or "Track Order" sections of our website. Or you can send a request to support@lia.in or call us at +91- 8088423806. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive messages on your registered mobile no. and email about the status of your order. You can also check it on our website under “My Order” section. Once you order on our website, you will receive message about the order confirmation and the expected delivery date of your order, along with tracking link. You can anytime track the order status.
Can I return the product?
If the products delivered to you are damaged/defective/wrong items, we will consider your return request. Please send a request to support.lia@nrrs.net or call at +91- 8088423806
What is the timeline for initiating returns?
If the received product is damaged/ defective/wrong items, you must notify us within 24 hours of the receipt. We request you to take a picture of the order and share it with us on support@lia.inor WhatsApp at +91 8088423806
